INTEC Education College, Malaysia dan Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Cawangan Johor, Malaysia

Tuesday, May 9 2023, the Diploma III Study Program in Tax Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, visited INTEC Education College Malaysia. The visit entitled “STUDY ABROAD” was attended by 19 students consisting of the 2020-2022 class, 6 lecturers, and 1 education staff.

The event was opened with remarks from INTEC represented by Dr. Nor Bahiyah Omar as Director, Pre-University & Diploma Center (PUDC) and from Trisakti represented by Dr. R. Rosiyana Dewi, Ak, M.Sc, CA as Chair of the Study Program D III Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University.

The event then continued with 2 (two) different agendas. The first agenda was carried out by the leaders and lecturers of the Diploma III Study Program in Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University and INTEC Education College, where several important points from the study abroad study were discussed, namely in the form of curriculum benchmarks, discussions on student mobility and MOU. While the second agenda was carried out by students from the D III Study Program in Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University and INTEC Education College. On this student agenda, 3 (three) groups from Trisakti University presented the paper they had made before the lecturers from INTEC Education College, where each lecturer gave questions along with improvements to the paper.

The event ended with the handing over of plaques and souvenirs and closed with a group photo. Furthermore, the students and lecturers continued their study abroad agenda at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Cawangan Johor, Malaysia on Wednesday, 10 May 2023.

Wednesday, May 10 2023, the D III Tax Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University made its second visit from a series of “STUDY ABROAD” activities to Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Cawangan Johor, Malaysia. Unlike the previous event at INTEC Education College, this event took place from morning to evening which was divided into several activities.

The first event began and opened with remarks by the Chancellor of UiTM Johor Cawangan Prof. Madya Dr. Saunah Zainon and from Trisakti represented by Dr. R. Rosiyana Dewi, Ak, M.Sc, CA as Chair of the Study Program D III Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University.

Like the activities at INTEC, this event consists of 2 (two) different agendas. The first agenda was carried out by the leaders and lecturers of the D III Study Program Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University and UiTM Cawangan Johor, where on the agenda a Mini International Conference was held in the form of presentation of research papers in the field of Accounting. While the second agenda was carried out by students from the Diploma III Study Program in Tax Accounting FEB Trisakti University and UiTM Cawangan Johor. On this student agenda, the event began with a public lecture delivered by Guest Lecture from Trisakti and UiTM Cawangan Johor. After the public lecture ended, Trisakti and UiTM students carried out a campus tour and sports activities in the UiTM Cawangan Johor campus area.

The event then continued with a gala dinner which was held at the UiTM Cawangan Johor Campus Glass House. At this gala dinner, each campus presented offerings in the form of dances as well as thanks for holding the entire series of activities. The event then ended with the handing over of plaques and souvenirs and closed with a group photo.
