Program D III Taxation Accounting was established in 1991 as a study program under the Faculty of Economics, which since 2015 was changed to the Faculty of Economics and Business of Trisakti University, with the status of “Registered” based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 0653 / O / 1991, dated December 17, 1991.

This study program was established with the aim to prepare graduates as ready-made / applied personnel who have the ability and skills and professional expertise in the field of Accounting and Taxation. Therefore the curriculum in Program D III Accounting Taxation, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University is prepared 60% for practice / application and 40% for theory. In 2003, Program D III Taxation Accounting Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University obtained accreditation from BAN-PT, Ministry of National Education of The Republic of Indonesia, with a rating of B according to Decree No.009 / BAN-PT / Ak-III / Dpl-III / VII / 2003 dated July 18, 2003. with predicate B in accordance with Decree No. 021/BAN-PT/Ak-VIII/Dpl-III/XI/2008 dated November 13, 2008.In 2014, Program D III Accounting Taxation of the Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University maintained accreditation from BAN-PT ministry of Education and Culture, with predicate B in accordance with Decree No. 081/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/Dpl-III/III/2014 dated March 22, 2014. Program D III Taxation Accounting Faculty of Economics and Business Trisakti University received accreditation from BAN-PT Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, with predicate A in accordance with Decree No. 203 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / Dpl-III / II / 2019 dated February 26, 2019.Here is a brief history of Diploma III Tax Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University:

Drs. Nono Sulaksono, MSc (1991 – 1996)

• Standing Pogram Diploma III Accounting Taxation, Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University.
• Registered Status, based on Decree of the Minister of Education No.0653/O/1991.

Drs. Lutfi Baradja, Ak., MBA (1996 – 1999)

• Changes in the Curriculum of Diploma III Tax Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University refers to the Nationally applicable Curriculum 1995.
• Creation of SAP every course in the curriculum.
• Improvements are made in the organization and teaching staff.

Drs. Bachtiar Agus Djaja, Msi (1999 – 2002)

• The status increase to “Recognized” based on DIKTI Decree No.16/DIKTI/Kep/2000.
• The lecture hall was moved from Gd.I Lt.1 to Gd.K Lt.3. The addition of 3 (three) supporting personnel.

Dra. Hj. Susi Dwimulyani, Ak., MM (2002 – 2008)

• Starting April 1, 2002, the secretariat room was moved from Gd.S Lt.2 to Gd.K Lt.3.
• Extension of the Charter of Cooperation between Trisakti University c.q Diploma III Tax Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University with the Directorate General of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance on November 25, 2002.
• Obtained Accreditation from BAN-PT with a rating of “B” in accordance with Decree No.009 / BAN-PT / Ak-III / Dpl-III / VII / 2003, dated July 18, 2003.
• Development of Computer Laboratories and Multimedia Classes.

Abubakar Arif, SE, MM (2008 – 2020)

• Maintain accreditation from BAN-PT with a rating of “B” in accordance with Decree No. 021 / BAN-PT / Ak-VIII / Dpl-III / XI / 2008 dated November 13, 2008 and Decree No. 081 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / Dpl-III / III / 2014 dated March 22, 2014.
• Obtained accreditation from BAN-PT with a rating of “A” in accordance with Decree No. 203 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / Dpl-III / II / 2019 dated February 26, 2019.
• Expansion of lecture halls in Building K Lt.3 and Building I Lt.3.
• Rejuvenation of Computer Laboratory in Building K Lt. 3
• Purchase of ELF Minibus for operational activities and promotion of Program D III Taxation Accounting
• Obtaining a License from the Accounting Technician Professional Certification Board (LSP-TA) as a Test Site for Certification of Competence of Accounting Technicians (TUK-TA) in accordance with Decree No. 005 / KEP / LSP-TA / IAI KAPd / II / 2009 dated February 24, 2009 and extended by Decree No. 73 / LSP-TA / TUK-M / VIII / 2018 dated August 6, 2018 – August 6, 2023.
• Achieved the title as the Best Competency Test Place in 2017 from the Accounting Technician Profession Certification Agency (LSP-TA).
• Achieved Science and Technolog Index (SINTA) 3 accreditation for Journal of Information, Taxation, Accounting, and Public Finance (JIPAK) in November 2019.
